I'm not very computer savvy, is SigniMate™ hard to learn and use?

Answer:

No, SigniMate™ was designed to be as user friendly as possible to enable less experienced users to generate accurate quotes.  The work flow of SigniMate™ is so intuitive, even the most technologically impaired individual will be able to create competitive price quotes.

Can I customize my product list specific to my shop?

Answer:

Yes! SigniMate™ has an easy data entry form that allows you to customize with any products you sell. SigniMate™ also comes pre-loaded with hundreds of popular sign products ready to go.

Can SigniMate™ Save my quotes?

Answer:

Yes! SigniMate™ has an easy-to-use function that allows you to not only save your quotes but it can also publish your quotes to PDF's so you can keep them on file and send them to customers.

Question:

Does SigniMate™ have one of those stupid slider bars that changes the price if I drag it one way or another?

Answer:

No! This is a problem the designers of SigniMate™ spent some time on.  The solution they came up with is simple and intuitive: a drop down that changes the project difficulty.  If you are doing a very simple job that doesn't require any labor you might select “EASY” Or if you have a customer that needs a fully customized sign you might select “HARD” or even “DIFFICULT”.  Because SigniMate™ shows you the sum of the material components and labor costs, you can see in real time how the cost are affected by changing the difficulty settings, and thus be as competitive as possible.

Question:

Can I customize the way the interface looks so I could price things out in front of my customers?

Answer:

Yes and No.  SigniMate™ has the ability to hide certain windows when showing a customer your quote in real time.  However the work flow of SigniMate™ was designed to be as user friendly as possible by experienced designers and programmers so remains fixed.

Can SigniMate™ calculate substrate/media waste?

Answer:

Yes! All you need to do is type in how much waist there will be and SigniMate™ Adds the the waist to your quote so your not throwing your money away.

Can I use SigniMate™ to price out non-sign related jobs?

Answer:

Yes! The Data Entry of SigniMate™ allows for fully customizable material input.  For instance, if Mr. Customer ran his own pressure washing business, he could use SigniMate™ to competitively and fairly bid out jobs in a fraction of the time it would normally take.  Rather then using a pen and paper to  guesstimate the costs of soap, gas, electricity ect.  and then add his hourly rate on top of everything, he could customize SigniMate™ to do it ALL for him.

What if I'm talking to two customers at once, can I open SigniMate™ in multiple windows on my computer?

Yes,  on a single computer you can open as many windows as you like.

Can SigniMate™ add extra sign components with my quotes? (i.e. frames, brackets, zip tracks etc...)

Can I print out the created price quotes for my customers?

Yes, SigniMate™ will automatically create a quote on a customizable form page within the program which you can print and give to your customer.

Do I need to purchase any sort of expansion packs to price out different jobs?

Answer:

No! SigniMate™ can price out everything in one easy, user friendly window. You can be pricing out a Full color digitally printed A-board and  Switch to pricing out vehicle graphics in seconds! All you have to do is hit the “Reset Form” button and your back to square one!
