SigniMate’s™ sign pricing interface is an easy to use software program that allows you to take the guesswork out of pricing. SigniMate™ has a powerful user interface that allows the user to quickly and accurately price any sign or banner, vehicle lettering, or any other graphic, poster or printed product that you custom manufacture at your commercial sign shop.
Everything you need to create a custom product quote from one screen, including detailed information of your costs and profit margins are instantly updated as you build your sign project!
The main interface of SigniMate is divided into 4 sections. The Detailed Selector, Additional Factors, Retail Cost Totals, and Profit Margins allow you to create quotes quickly with everything on one screen!
SigniMate's™ Detailed Selector Allows you to Choose from preset or customized sign making materials that make pricing your sign project quick and easy!
SigniMate’s™ sign pricing software interface has a detailed selector that allows you to choose to begin building your custom sign, banner, or project quote by selecting sizes, quantities, and material “ingredients” that you will use when making your project.
SigniMate™ comes preloaded with many of the most commonly used sign materials, from substrates, plotter cut vinyl, digitally printed media, inks, and more.
SigniMate's™ Additional Factors allows you to account for wasted materials and helps you to make profits, rather than throwing them away!
SigniMate’s™ Additional Factors section is located in the middle of the SigniMate interface and will allow you to choose how difficult your project is to make and also gives you the options to add any specific design time or additional labor costs associated with your custom projects. You can also keep track of Media and Substrate Waste to keep profits at a maximum. This section also allows you to add other components, stands or frames, cut fees, and more.
SigniMate's™ Retail Cost Totals Section displays the calculated itemized totals for your custom sign pricing project.
Next, you will see the total costs of all Other Items, Components, Sign Stands/Frames, or Cut Fees.
Finally, you will see the Sub-Total of all the Total of Multiple Items if any and all the other fees etc. This would be the price you share with your customer before sales tax, if any, is calculated.
Finally on SigniMate's™ main interface page, you will set and see instant Profit Margins for each custom sign project that you calculate!
The Profit Margins area has several functions that allow you to manually input your Design & Labor Rate and also manually input your desired Substrate & Material Markups.
The Production Time and Labor Charges are calculated upon the average times it should take and that will be charged to make your project. These are typically very accurate, however if you determine that it will take less time or more time based upon your personal production efficiency, then you can adjust the Project Difficulty in the Additional Factors Panel.
Next, the Material Costs are displayed and calculated upon the overall material usage and material waste and these totals are based upon the inventory product lists and current pricing that you customized. More details about this are described in the Customize Inventory Lists of this User Guide.
Finally, you will see your Total Profits for the custom build that you just completed and you should feel confident with this bottom line!
